Terms of reservation:
THE MINIMUM RESERVATION TIME IS 2 HOURS.

Choose one or more dates that suit you (book at least 7 days before the chosen date).

You will receive a pre-confirmation email for the chosen date, with a link to make the deposit payment. (If the studio is not available on the selected date, other dates will be offered.) Note: deposit must be paid (min 42hrs before booking)

Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:

Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 42 hours before the scheduled date. Beyond this deadline, the paid deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation."

ADDITIONAL TIME: For each reservation, an additional 20 minutes are added at the end of each session for cleaning. NOTE: Please ensure you have booked enough time for your studio session or inform us at least 2 hours in advance in case of delay.

An additional fee of 50 CHF per hour will be charged in case of non-compliance with the agreed times.

If Lifestudio cancels the reservation the deposit paid will be fully refunded (you will be notified at least 24hrs in advanced).
Materials:

Furniture and accessories must be returned to their original position upon departure.

THE DAMMAGE POLICY is if you break, stain, rip, or cause any form of damage to the property, you will be charged for repair or full replacement of the damaged items.
OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

A free parking space is available on site for visitors. Parking spaces (blue zone) are located around the studio.

An elevator is available at the back of the studio.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE STUDIO RULES AND IMPORTANT POINTS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.
